Is AURA a separate brand from Sarah Zeeshan?
AURA is a distinct pret label under the Sarah Zeeshan brand, with its own identity, collections and creative direction.
ORDERS
How can I place an order?
Select your desired piece, choose the available size or option, add it to your bag and proceed through checkout.
Can I modify my order after placing it?
Please contact our customer care team as soon as possible. Once an order has entered processing or dispatch, changes may no longer be possible.
How do I know which size to order?
Please refer to the size guide available on the relevant product page. If you need assistance, our customer care team can help you select the appropriate size.
Are all pieces available for immediate delivery?
Availability varies by product. Product pages will indicate relevant availability or processing information where applicable.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes. AURA accepts international orders, subject to available shipping destinations.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping charges depend on your destination and selected delivery method. Free economy shipping is currently offered on orders over USD 250.
Will I have to pay customs or duties?
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes or other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges, where applicable, are the customer's responsibility.
Can I track my order?
Where tracking is available, shipment details will be shared after dispatch.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Can I return or exchange my order?

What if I receive the wrong or damaged item?
Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photographs or video of the issue. Our team will review the matter and guide you accordingly.
Can I exchange an item for another size?
